Guy is the author of 'The Art of the Start', and after watching some of his video clips, I think I am going to pick up the book.<br /><br />Guy had some interesting thoughts on the keys to starting a great organization which he broke down into 3 key points,<br />1) Make meaning<br />2) Right a wrong<br />3) Prevent the end of something good.<br /><br />Another interesting topic Guy spoke about was the mission statement and not to have one! He preached that having a 3 -4 word mantra was far better than a mission statement.
